We have two material options available.

200 Denier Nylon: This is the standard flag material in the United States. Most US and state flags you see are made of nylon.

Poly Knit: Lightweight material that has an open weave. Most common material used in the rest of the world.

To ensure your flag is made in the best quality possible we ask any images provided are in one of two files

Raster File: An image formatted as a .jpeg, .png, or photograph.

EPS/ Vector File: Best for Logos, clipart, generic artwork, and any other image that is not a photograph. Common Vector file types include .AI, .EPS, and .SVG

All flags have a "bleed through" where image is seen, in reverse, on the back side of the flag. About 90% of the flags we make are single face reverse. Almost all state and country flags are made this way, even the ones with writing.

If you need both sides to read correctly, you will need a Double-Sided flag. We print two flags and sew them together, so the image is the same on both sides. Double sided flags include a light blocking liner.

Normal production time is 3-4 weeks.

Production time begins when the customer gives final approval.

Rush services are available. (Customer input after approval may increase production time)

All our flags are finished with a double needle lock stitching on the fly end, providing extra support.

Our flags come standard with cotton header and #2 brass grommets.

We cannot guarantee an exact color match. Due to the machines used we hold a 6% percent disclaimer for size differential of the flag. Please be aware that quality of your image may be different than image provided due to printing on cloth rather than paper. We cannot print or reproduce any copywritten material.
